Our natural weight loss plan is based on a whole foods approach. We use Holistic Nutrition to counsel clients to make changes to their diet and live a healthy lifestyle rather than to “be on a diet.” This approach is more effective for reaching both short and long-term goals. Not only will you lose weight, but you will feel better, have more energy, and experience improved health.
Throughout your involvement in the plan, you will receive one-on-one guidance from our Holistic Nutritionist. We offer several packages, and all of them begin with a 90-minute initial consultation.
The initial consultation includes:
- An individual nutritional assessment/analysis
- Comprehensive questionnaire/evaluation session
- Interview/interactive discussion
- A review of your 7 day food journal, which you will prepare in advance
- A personal health reference folder containing a nutritional health and healing protocol designed SPECIFICALLY for YOU and your health requirements including foods, supplements (if necessary), and educational information
Follow up consultations last 30 minutes. During this time, the nutritionist will review initial the recommendations with you, check your progress, assess any needed changes, and answer your questions. These sessions will motivate and encourage you. Plus, they will give the nutritionist an opportunity to continue to tailor the program to your needs.
